The 2013 TaPRA Conference (4th- 6th September) will be hosted by the University of Glasgow and the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. The conference will take place at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland’s Renfrew Street Campus in Glasgow’s city centre.
CONFERENCE FEES AND REGISTRATION

Currently, all places for the Conference Dinner have been booked, however, we have opened a reserve list – if you haven’t yet confirmed and paid for your place on the dinner, please email email@example.com and include in your wording that you wish to go on a reserve list for the TaPRA dinner.
The conference dinner will take place on the evening of Thursday 5th September at the ‘The Ferry’ (Formally known as ‘The Renfrew Ferry’) which is situated on the Clyde. To reserve a place for the conference dinner you must firstly commit and pay for your dinner on the conference registration form (link above) and then select your choice of starter and main course via the following form.
Please do select your choice for these 2 courses at the same time as registering for the dinner as we don’t have the capacity to chase or remind you about this. Please also keep a note of what courses you have chosen and remember these for 5th September. Further details about the conference dinner and entertainment will appear on the final schedule.
CONFERENCE DELEGATES WHO ARE NOT GIVING PAPERS OR PRESENTATIONS
Conference delegates not giving papers, and who are not known to the 11 Working Groups and their convenors, please contact the convenor(s) of the Working Group(s) in which you are likely to be participating. Please send these convenors your contact details in case they wish to circulate papers in advance of the conference. Increasingly, a number of Working Groups are doing this and unless you make yourself known to the appropriate convenor(s) you will not receive these papers. Names and addresses of all the TaPRA Working Groups and their current convenors can be found on the Working Group pages of the TaPRA website.

ACCOMMODATION FOR TaPRA CONFERENCE 2013
We recommend that delegates book their accommodation at the same time as registering for the conference. A list of hotels near the Royal Conservatoire is available below. For those on a budget, rooms have been prospectively reserved at the University of Strathclyde’s city centre halls of residence and the Glasgow School of Art’s Margaret Macdonald House, and are available from the night of Tuesday 3rd September for delegates arriving early. The final date for booking accommodation is July 30th, after which we cannot guarantee availability.
Unfortunately the conference organisers cannot help organise accommodation for delegates so all enquiries should be made to the appropriate hotels or student residences.
Ensuite single rooms are available at the University of Strathclyde’s halls of residence in the city centre on a bed and breakfast basis.
The ensuite bed and breakfast rate is £42.00 (incl. VAT) per person per night.
