This error is caused because one of the Windows system files is not installed correctly. This is very easy to fix as follows:-

• Ensure Excel is closed
• Click on the Windows Start menu button
• Select the Run command
• Type cmdinto the Open box and click OK
• At the prompt, type regsvr32 C:\WINDOWS\system32\scrrun.dlland press the Enter key. You will receive a message stating that the registration was successful.
• At the prompt, type regsvr32 C:\WINDOWS\system32\vbscript.dlland press the Enter key. You will receive a message stating that the registration was successful.
• Close the Cmd window
• Open Excel and our software will work without giving this error
