Nominations for Executive Committee Positions
• Two PG (Postgraduate) Representatives: it is anticipated that one role will formally commence shortly after the elections close (February) and one will begin in September (at the annual conference); however, both successful candidates are expected (if possible) to assist in organising the TaPRA/SCUDD PG Symposium in July.
• One ECR Representative: to take up their role shortly after the elections close, c. February 2021.
To be considered for any of these roles you will need to be nominated and seconded by current TaPRA Members, as well as provide a short statement outlining your suitability for the role and what you would hope to bring to the position. You can nominate on our website, here: http://tapra.org/election-nomination-open/
The full job description for the ECR representative role can be found here(http://tapra.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/tapra-ecr-representative-role-descriptor.docx) and for the PG representative roles, here (http://tapra.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/tapra-pg-representative-role-descriptor.docx). If you have any questions or queries about these roles, please do not hesitate to contact the TaPRA Secretary, Dr Patrick Duggan (Patrick.duggan@northumbria.ac.uk) or indeed any other member of the TaPRA Executive Committee.
